Brittany Stefano represented Westfield High School at the 2010 MassSTAR conference and joined the Conference Planning Committee as a member of Junior Operations in 2011. In 2012 she served as a Co-Director of Junior Operations and is now in her fourth year as the Co-Director of Recruitment for the conference.
In high school, Brittany was involved in student government and various community service groups, including National Honor Society. She is currently a junior at Boston College, concentrating in Accounting in the Carroll School of Management and minoring in Philosophy. In addition to being a full-time student, she is an active member of Boston College’s chapter of Strong Women, Strong Girls. This volunteer group works to empower young girls to be themselves through mentoring sessions that develop confidence and leadership. She also participates in BC’s Appalachia Volunteers program and has traveled to Harrisburg, PA and Hurley, VA to do service work over spring break. She will be leading a trip to Greenwood, South Carolina this year as a trip leader.
In her spare time, Brittany enjoys running, volunteering, and exploring the city of Boston. She will be working with KPMG in Boston full time in the fall, and post graduation, she plans on earning her CPA. She also plans on staying involved with the MYL Foundation to help empower the next generation of leaders!
